Innovation & Systemic Thinking for intrinsic Solutions
Systemic thinking is a supportive framework that helps us develop habits of mind. These habits empower us to critically understand even the most complex problems and how to effect positive change. It is the art and science of making reliable inferences about deep and underlying structure.

About ISCA Gathering
The Gathering will begin on Monday 27th OCT in the afternoon and will finish its work on Friday early evening, followed by the Special Dinner at the Holiday Inn Merida Hotel (Gathering Hotel). On WED 29 OCT, participants will have the opportunity to visit various archaeological sites and Merida sights.
Each Gathering Day will have a distinct thematic dimension, through the morning keynote and subsequent workshops, presentations and roundtable discussions/sharing.
Day 1st - Monday 27 October 2025
Connecting with Mayan Earth and Sky – Constellations through & beyond Cultures and Times – The essence of systemic constellation work and the function of the Facilitator, as a “bridge over troubled waters”, inviting the “skies”, the Consciousness of the Whole, to inform our earthly habits and hidden loyalties towards beneficial solutions in life.
Day 2nd - Tuesday 28 October 2025
The Maya Day of Muluc or Atl, meaning water, is assigned to internal systemic purification and cultural conflict resolution.
We have a unique systemic perspective that focuses our attention on exploring the dynamics of collective (systemic) purification as opposed to personal cleansing. Could this perspective help us to work systemically with cultural conflict in couples, families, communities or society?
Day 3rd - Wednesday 29 October 2025
The Maya constellation of the Turtle – a fascinating cosmic tale woven into the fabric of ancient Maya culture, for preserving the Pure Fire.
With our own Constellation Work we aim to explore our own community’s “systemic hearthstones”, the three unique stars preserving the fire that nourishes our offerings to the world.
Day 4th - Thursday 30 October 2025
The Day of the Mayan Masks
Our Gathering Day is dedicated to the uncovering of age-old traditions, where every chisel mark reveals History & every colour carries Meaning. This is journeying through Time, marked by intricate artistry and a deep reverence for the Cosmos.
Day 5th - Friday 31 October 2025
Symbolic resonance and the Vision Serpent, creator of the Cosmos.
Our 5th Day is dedicated to the “renewal and rebirth” of Constellation practice, catalysing peacemaking at all levels, establishing good communication with helping practitioners of other perspectives, and activating exchange between national associations and regional chapters.
How to make our international constellation community stronger and wiser by sharing our systemic principles and ethics in practice.
