ISCA Room Codes

ISCA Rooms are provided in open block without breakfast (ISA CODE) and Prices include Room Rental, Room Taxes, Housekeeping and Bell Boy Gratuities, Non-Commissionable Rates.
ISCA Rooms are also provided in open block with breakfast (ISC CODE) and Prices include Room Rental, Room Taxes, Buffet Breakfast, Maid and Bell Boy Gratuities, Non-Commissionable Rates.

Room Price Conditions

ISA CODE: Rates are per Room and per night in the Hotel’s “EP PLAN” (WITHOUT FOOD) for Single/Double or Triple Rooms.
ISC CODE: Rates are per Room and per night in “Buffet Breakfast Plan” for Single or Double or Triple Rooms.
Rates will be in effect THREE DAYS BEFORE and THREE DAYS AFTER the Gathering, and the rates are not commissionable.

Room Reservations

Each ISCA Gathering Participant will directly book, guarantee, and pay their Room.
It is suggested that reservations be made in advance, as all Rooms will be subject to space availability.
At the time of providing a Credit Card as a GUARANTEE for the reservation(s) made, the room will remain in Guaranteed Status (and it will not be available to bookings any more).
Room can be guaranteed either by Credit Card or Bank Deposit.
