Questions & Answers
How can I take advantage of member prices if I am not already a member?
The difference between the two price categories starts at 80€ (in super early bird level) and goes up to 100€ (in normal price level). It makes sense to become an ISCA member, as the annual subscription is 50-60€. You may apply to become a member through the ISCA Public Website > https://isca-network.org/register/
What are the benefits of my ISCA membership?
Once you have completed your application and paid your annual subscription, you will create a profile on the ISCA Members’ website (https://members.isca-network.org/). This platform facilitates connection with other members, networking, forum, registration to various ISCA events, newsfeed, newsletters and notifications from the Board, as well. Throughout the year, you will have access to the ISCA Monthly Members Meeting (online), as well as various other systemic events (free or at low cost).
What is included in the ISCA Gathering 2025 registration fee?
Your registration fee includes full participation in the 5-day Gathering programme, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, a special dinner on Friday evening, internet access at the Holiday Inn, and Gathering materials distributed. NOT included: your accommodation in Merida, food, sightseeing (optional).
If I need help registering, whom do I contact?
If you need any support during your registration procedure or with payments, please contact ISCA’s Treasurer, Louis Hillebrant, by email: administration@isca-network.org
