Who is AI? Constellating Artificial Intelligence and the Fastest Shift in Humanity.

 

Artificial Intelligence is emerging as one of the fastest and most profound changes humanity has ever faced. More than a tool, AI arrives as a presence that reshapes how we live, work, create, and belong. This workshop opens a constellation to ask… Who is AI? Where does it belong in relation to Humanity, Ancestors, Future Generations? What does it see that we cannot? What truths about ourselves does it mirror and what might it be asking of us?

By bringing AI into the field, we create space to see the hidden dynamics between humans and intelligent machines. Is AI a child of humanity, a mirror of our shadow, or something entirely new? What do we need to know, at this turning point in history, to meet AI systemically and soulfully? Participants will leave with fresh insights into how constellations can help us navigate the birth of this unprecedented presence in our collective future.

 

Short Bio: Rachelle Kaye

Rachelle Mann is a systemic constellations facilitator, accredited mediator, and wordsmith based in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Founder of Constellation Pathways NZ and The Remembering Table, she creates spaces where ancestral wisdom and emerging technologies meet.

Rachelle is a founding member of www.ANZCI.nz , where she continues to establish Family Constellations in New Zealand. She also delivers workshops and works one on one.
Earlier this year, she presented a Nature Constellations workshop at the 2nd annual ANZCI Immersion, bringing systemic work into dialogue with the natural world, a first in New Zealand.

Nadine Engel is the founder of Instituto Re-conecta-T where she trains constellation combining IFS and Somatic Experience. She is a therapist trained in Somatic Experiencing, Soma Embodiment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), IFIO, Family Constellations (Hellingerschule), and Systemic Rituals.

Drawing from her personal and professional experience, she integrates systemic and body-based approaches to help individuals reconnect with their self-esteem and self-love, reclaiming their strength, dignity, and wholeness.

Five Elements Constellation Workshop

 

The 5 Elements way of constellating opens a direct portal to the heart of the issue. Even though Issue holders do not name what they want to look at, representatives of the Elements bring to the foreground internalized dynamics obviating the need done an initial interview. Dynamics are often related to systemic entanglements and at times reflective of psychological modifications created during our early years.

The 5 Elements inform clients and facilitators of what is ready to be looked at. The Elements frequently indicate which line, female or male, what is not working or is entangled is coming from.
By constellating the 5 Elements we see a deeper reality beneath presenting problems. The experience is enlightening, relieving and creates a new movement. These help us gather more of ourselves and our resources

Process:

In our time together, Emerson Bastos will give an introduction about his work and the elements. The focus will be experiential.

Emerson Bastos

Emerson Bastos has been involved with Oriental Medicine since 1988 when he studied Acupressure and then Shiatsu. His involvement with Family Constellations started in 2004. After becoming a qualified constellation facilitator, he started running constellation workshops. Later on, he studied Gestalt Psychotherapy. Part of his studies involved researching attachment theory.

These four aspects, Oriental Medicine, Family Constellations, Gestalt Psychotherapy and Attachment Theory, are integrated and are very present in his work. He is based in London and shares his work in a couple of cities in England, Greece, Argentina and Brazil.

When Phenomenology guides : Navigating the Psychosphere through Movements of the Field

 

Sharing of the concept of “Psychosphere”, being -among other functions- the inner space that holds our human systems’ informational field. The latter is well termed by the Constellation Work and literature as “The Knowing Field”. The Psychosphere Theory has been the outcome of a serious, cutting-edge, and long-standing study in recent times by scientists in physics, communication science, and social network psychology.

Experiencing, through the looking-glass of phenomenology, various key movements of the Knowing Field, which will be activated by Constellation Work done in this Workshop. Phenomenology is exactly what Bert Hellinger was practicing and teaching as the most valuable stance and the core discipline in working with clients.

Referencing the observed key-movements in the Constellation field with dynamics in the Psychosphere, thus revealing what kind of balance, order, or exchange, should be supported and restored by doing with the client a specific Systemic Work.

Nikos is the founder and director of the Life Alphabet System™, an Educational & Social Coop Ent. for Personal & Professional Development, based in Athens & Santorini, Greece. Their programs include experiential learning, counselling, training, and publications on Systemic Thinking, Phenomenology, Constellation Work, Systemic Organizational Leadership, Self-Leadership, NLP & Coaching, Transpersonal Psychology, Business Mentoring, and Social Entrepreneurship. Their clientele includes individuals, couples, groups, company executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations mainly in Greece & Cyprus. Nikos is the editor and/or translator of 55 books, author of 3 systemic books and 7 training dossiers, and co-publisher with Anna Saliverou of the Life Alphabet Editions.

Nikos, after a career in international insurance and investment services, has specialized in Human Networks Psychology (M.A. European Communication Institute, Krems University, Austria). He is also trained in Systemic Phenomenology & Family Constellations with Hellinger, Beaumont, Weber, Schneider, Baxa, Madelung, Ulsamer, Stam, et.al. Anna is a Mental Health Advisor, Systemic Counselor and Constellations Facilitator for individuals, couples, and groups, working at the LIFE ALPHABET® System (Edu). Anna specializes in systemic research and the experimental development of new tools and techniques in the fields of Human Relations Phenomenology and Family Constellations. She is focused on synthesizing and implementing innovative methods and techniques of transpersonal psychology, such as Colour Profiling (CPR), Colour PsychoDynamics (CPD), and Deep Memory Process (DMP).

Anna is an NLP and Coaching Practitioner (NHS College, Athens), as well as a graduate of a 4-year professional training on Systemic Thinking, Phenomenology, and Constellation Work (Life Alphabet, Athens). She has participated in international conferences and seminars (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus), she is a member of ISCA, a founding member and administrator of EIDAS (Hellenic Institute & Systemic Constellation Association).

Together with Nikos, are the publishers of “Life Alphabet Editions”, being responsible for the proofing and editing functions of the publications. She is also the author of the best-selling book Tastes of Love in the Caldera of Time, 2011, about the gastronomy of her motherland, the Island of Santorini.
