En el espacio del tablero el campo sistémico se revela, señala las exclusiones y el desequilibrio de las relaciones jerárquicas invertidas y rotas, puede facilitar el trabajo del constelador sistémico para que, con sensibilidad, respeto y la autorización del campo, el cliente pueda asimilar informacións ocultas que le proporcione una mayor comprensión y un posible nuevo curso de acción, ya que sitúa a la persona en el centro de sí misma y permite identificar las dinámicas que la afectan e impiden su desarrollo personal.

Chessboard: A tool for uncovering hidden dynamics

The choice of pieces and the position the client chooses for them on the board, their symbolism and the symmetry of the playing space, together with the knowledge developed in Bert Hellinger’s systemic constellations, allow therapists in individual consultations to clarify various dynamics that tend to perpetuate potentially harmful patterns, both in personal and professional life.

In the space of the board, the systemic field is revealed, pointing out exclusions and imbalances in inverted and broken hierarchical relationships. It can facilitate the work of the systemic constellation facilitator so that, with sensitivity, respect, and the permission of the field, the client can assimilate hidden information that provides greater understanding and a possible new course of action, as it places the person at the centre of themselves and allows them to identify the dynamics that affect them and prevent their personal development.

Josefina es Ingeniera de la Universidad Católica de Chile, Master en Desarrollo Humano y Psicología de Harvard University, Master en Coaching Sistémico del Bert Hellinger Instituut de Holanda, y tiene formación avanzada en constelaciones familiares del Center for Systemic Constellations de Londres. Consultora asociada a The Whole Partnership UK, y cofundadora de Espacio Sistémico, ofrece formación y training en Liderazgo Sistémico y Coaching con Constelaciones a empresas y personas individuales de todo el mundo. Ha participado en procesos de consultoría con empresas como el NHS (sistema público de salud de UK), EY, Naciones Unidas, Eclass, entre otros. Vive en Chile con sus dos hijos.

Josefina holds a degree in Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile, a Master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, a Master’s degree in Systemic Coaching from the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands, and advanced training in family constellations from the Center for Systemic Constellations in London. An associate consultant with The Whole Partnership UK and co-founder of Espacio Sistémico, she offers training in Systemic Leadership and Constellation Coaching to companies and individuals around the world. She has participated in projects with companies such as the NHS-UK, EY, UN, among others. She lives in Chile with her two children.
