Coming Home to you – Rising in love with Self

This experiential workshop is rooted in the wisdom of Systemic and Family Constellations. It invites participants to discover the power of self-love by releasing inherited patterns, healing inner blocks, and reclaiming their true place in life.

We will explore Heart Alchemy – where wounds are transformed into worth, and pain becomes a portal to strength. As unconscious burdens fall away, one reconnects with their inner self and stands fully in their light. For now, it’s time to rise – not in ego, but in love.

Chayanika Bhiwaniwala

She is the Founder and Director of a psychotherapy wellbeing centre for integrated healing and therapies called “SELF AND BEYOND” in Kolkata, India.
A Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression therapist, inner child therapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Sound therapist, Access Bars Practitioner and a CONSTELLATIONS FACILITATOR.
She is the President of WICCI*, West Bengal, India, Mental Health Council and the Head of ISCA Indian Chapter.
She conducts various self-empowering workshops and is a “HEAL YOUR LIFE’ International workshop trainer.
After years of researching in holistic healing and learning about various therapeutic modalities, she wants to promote health and wellness from a wide variety of perspectives. She believes that each soul is beautiful and divine and that with a gentle nudge can be guided on the path of spiritual evolution.
She aims to spread the awareness of integrated and non-drug healing that considers the holistic and integrated modalities.

Movimientos del Corazón según Constelaciones Familiares

En este Taller se trae a un representante para el Corazón de cada familiar. La presencia del Corazón en el campo permite sobre todo visibilizar la dimensión afectiva del consultante; además de poder ver con quien se quedó su Corazón o ha quien anda buscando. Este Corazón tambien manifiesta dos posibles fenómenos; el principal es la expresión del amor del espíritu de una manera asombrosa el cual
facilita y propicia la reconciliación sobre todo en los casos más difíciles. Lo otro probable es que se exprese la herida del niñ@, lo cual permite trabajar desde ahí para luego hacer la integración con el adulto y el Corazón de algún progenitor, pareja, hermano, abuelo, etc.-
Esta propuesta también podría ser más comprendida gracias a las investigaciones del HeartMath Institute (www.heartmath.org) acerca del Corazón Humano.

Heart Movements according to Family Constellations

In this workshop is brought a representative of the heart for each family member. The presence of the heart in the field allows , above all, to visualize the affective dimension of the consultant. In addition , is able to see who his heart stayed with, or who he’s looking for.
This heart also manifest two possible phenomena; the main one is the expression of the love of the spirit in an amazing way, which facilitates and encourage reconciliation, especially in the most difficult cases. The other probably thing is that the child’s wound is expressed which allows us to work from there, and then integrate it to the adult and with the heart of a parent, partner, brother, grandparents, etc.
This proposal could also be better understood thanks to the researches of The Heart Math Institute about the human heart.

Having the courage to face and facilitate love

 

As systemic constellations evolve in multiple provocative and productive directions, we are invited to revisit the flow of love in the family system. The presence of love in places that we find uncomfortable, and having the clarity to make a pathway for love continues to be the greatest challenge and the most courageous opportunity in systemic constellations. What biases do I have that prevent me, what beliefs do I have that would limit me when confronted with love in constellations.

Short Bio.

Francesca Mason Boring is a bi-cultural author, international facilitator and trainer of Systems Constellation.
A Western Shoshone, (an indigenous tribe in the United States), and member of the Sho-Pai Tribes, Francesca has authored several books including: The Nature Constellation Handbook: An invitation to connection and Connecting to Our Ancestral Past; Healing through Family Constellation, Ceremony & Ritual.
In addition to being an advocate for the growth of family systems constellation, Francesca has contributed to the development of nature constellations, community constellations, and the incorporation of ritual and ceremony in the field of systems constellation. Francesca has included the concept of the Universal Indigenous Field when teaching and speaking about the knowing field and the phenomenological approach in constellation work.
Francesca has presented at numerous conferences and has served as faculty for Intensives for Systemic Constellations in the United States, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, Bali, Portugal and Germany and has collaborated with Resources for Embodied and Ancestral Learning (REAL Academy) to provide video content for systemic practitioners.

The Body as a Resource in Systemic and Family Constellations

 

Integrating a Body-Oriented Approach to Deepen Constellation Work.
In Systemic and Family Constellations, we trust the Field and follow its movements. Similarly, in a body-oriented approach rooted in Somatic Experiencing® (P. Levine), we trust the body’s innate wisdom and attune to its signals. When integrated, these approaches can enhance the depth of constellation work, supporting both the unfolding process and the integration of its insights.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore how body awareness can serve as a resource in constellation work.

  • Discover how to attune to your own body and the bodily responses of clients as part of systemic movements.
  • Learn practical tools for stabilization and resourcing to support clients during a constellation session.
  • Practice expanding awareness of bodily sensations – both in yourself and in clients – to deepen the process, facilitate resolution, and anchor integration.

By bringing a somatic perspective into constellations, we create more safety, presence, and capacity to hold what arises, allowing for a more embodied and sustainable transformation.

Yulia Ilchyk
I am a Family Constellations facilitator, Somatic Release practitioner, and holistic counselor originally from Ukraine, now based in Maryland, USA.
My journey with Family Constellations began in 2011, and the profound healing I experienced, along with the transformations I witnessed in others, deeply moved me. This inspired me to immerse myself in studying and integrating this approach with other healing modalities, ultimately making it my profession.
Since 2016, I have been facilitating individual Family Constellations sessions online, hosting in-person workshops in the Washington DC area, providing ongoing holistic counseling, and offering thematic webinars. My work blends the systemic principles of Family Constellations with body-oriented techniques from Somatic Experiencing® (P. Levine), creating a space for deep and meaningful transformation.
I believe that healing begins the moment we allow ourselves to see and be seen. I would be honored to share this work with you.
