A Dynamic Exchange of Life: Giving and Taking in Ancient Cultures

 

Giving and taking in ancient cultures, especially among hunters and gatherers, was primarily driven by daily survival. Most exchanges were essential for life, and the giving and taking benefited everyone in the group through networks and connections rooted in kinship, social obligations, and friendship. This dynamic exchange supported the stability and vitality of the Orders of Love by created societies infused with value and empathy, thereby strengthening the bonds, movements, and flow of love within their family systems.

Barry Krost offers Family Constellations workshops, trainings and private sessions. Since 2003 he has worked with many leading Family Constellations trainers and facilitators.

He has degrees in Anthropology and Social Cultural History and has been a Bodywork and Energy Healing Practitioner for 43 years.

La Cosmovisión Maya

 
Biografía breve: Mayita – Oxkin

José Luis Carrillo Ricalde, Oxkin, nació el 4 de Noviembre de 1953 en Mérida, Yucatán. Escorpión con Ascendente en Acuario y Lahun (10) Chicchan (Serpiente planetaria) en el calendario Maya.

Desde niño ha estado en contacto con los Centros Ceremoniales Mayas y a los 18 años de edad comienza su búsqueda espiritual a raíz de una experiencia Espiritual de TOTALIDAD.

Inicia su peregrinaje por las diferentes Escuelas de Luz, conociendo primeramente en 1972 a “La Gran Fraternidad Universal” (GFU) en la cual fue morador y practicante de las disciplinas institucionales (yoga, vegetarianismo, meditación, etc.) durante más de 8 años. A finales de los 80 conoce las enseñanzas de las escuelas Gnósticas y Metafísicas en donde aprende a contactar con los Maestros de Luz, así como decretos, afirmaciones, etc.

Ha sido director de la Escuela Iniciática en Mérida y facilitador de las enseñanzas de “Un Curso de Milagros” desde 1993.

A partir de 1994 es uno de los principales difusores de los mensajes y métodos del “Maestro Kinich Ahau” y del Conocimiento Sagrado Maya y desde 1998 organiza reuniones mundiales en beneficio de la humanidad en los Centros Ceremoniales Mayas de Yucatán, principalmente los días 1° de Mayo, en los equinoccios de marzo y septiembre y en el día 26 de Julio que es el año nuevo Maya.

Es conocedor e intérprete del Calendario Sagrado Maya Tzolkin y practicante de danzas tradicionales concheras.

Actualmente su misión espiritual es compartir las Enseñanzas Sagradas y el mensaje de la Filosofía Maya para la humanidad actual en Escuelas, auditorios y donde quiera que se abre una puerta tanto en México como en otros países así como llevar a las personas a meditar y a experimentar la Luz en los Centros Ceremoniales Mayas.

Short Bio: Oxkin, Mayan Shaman

José Luis Carrillo Ricalde, Oxkin, was born on November 4, 1953, in Mérida, Yucatán. He is a Scorpio with an Aquarius Ascendant and Lahun (10) Chicchan (planetary Serpent) in the Mayan calendar.

Since childhood, he has been in contact with the Mayan Ceremonial Centers, and at the age of 18, he began his spiritual quest following a spiritual experience of TOTALITY.

He began his pilgrimage through the different Schools of Light, first meeting “The Great Universal Fraternity” (GFU) in 1972, where he resided and practiced institutional disciplines (yoga, vegetarianism, meditation, etc.) for over 8 years. In the late 1980s, he learned the teachings of the Gnostic and Metaphysical schools, where he learned to contact the Masters of Light, as well as decrees, affirmations, etc.

He has been director of the Initiatory School in Mérida and facilitator of the teachings of “A Course in Miracles” since 1993.

Since 1994, he has been one of the main disseminators of the messages and methods of “Master Kinich Ahau” and of the Sacred Mayan Knowledge. Since 1998, he has organized worldwide gatherings for the benefit of humanity in the Mayan Ceremonial Centers of Yucatán, primarily on May 1st, the March and September equinoxes, and on July 26th, the Mayan New Year.

He is an expert and interpreter of the Sacred Mayan Tzolkin Calendar and a practitioner of traditional conchero dances.

Currently, his spiritual mission is to share the Sacred Teachings and the message of Mayan Philosophy for contemporary humanity in schools, auditoriums, and wherever doors are opened, both in Mexico and abroad, as well as to lead people to meditate and experience the Light in the Mayan Ceremonial Centers.

When Phenomenology guides : Navigating the Psychosphere through Movements of the Field

 

Sharing of the concept of “Psychosphere”, being -among other functions- the inner space that holds our human systems’ informational field. The latter is well termed by the Constellation Work and literature as “The Knowing Field”. The Psychosphere Theory has been the outcome of a serious, cutting-edge, and long-standing study in recent times by scientists in physics, communication science, and social network psychology.

Experiencing, through the looking-glass of phenomenology, various key movements of the Knowing Field, which will be activated by Constellation Work done in this Workshop. Phenomenology is exactly what Bert Hellinger was practicing and teaching as the most valuable stance and the core discipline in working with clients.

Referencing the observed key-movements in the Constellation field with dynamics in the Psychosphere, thus revealing what kind of balance, order, or exchange, should be supported and restored by doing with the client a specific Systemic Work.

Nikos is the founder and director of the Life Alphabet System™, an Educational & Social Coop Ent. for Personal & Professional Development, based in Athens & Santorini, Greece. Their programs include experiential learning, counselling, training, and publications on Systemic Thinking, Phenomenology, Constellation Work, Systemic Organizational Leadership, Self-Leadership, NLP & Coaching, Transpersonal Psychology, Business Mentoring, and Social Entrepreneurship. Their clientele includes individuals, couples, groups, company executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations mainly in Greece & Cyprus. Nikos, after a career in international insurance and investment services, has specialized in Human Networks Psychology (M.A. European Communication Institute, Krems University, Austria). Anna is a Mental Health Advisor, Systemic Counselor and Constellations Facilitator for individuals, couples, and groups, working at the LIFE ALPHABET® System (Edu). Anna specializes in systemic research and the experimental development of new tools and techniques in the fields of Human Relations Phenomenology and Family Constellations. She is focused on synthesizing and implementing innovative methods and techniques of transpersonal psychology, such as Colour Profiling (CPR), Colour PsychoDynamics (CPD), and Deep Memory Process (DMP).

Anna is an NLP and Coaching Practitioner (NHS College, Athens), as well as a graduate of a 4-year professional training on Systemic Thinking, Phenomenology, and Constellation Work (Life Alphabet, Athens). She has participated in international conferences and seminars (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus), she is a member of ISCA, a founding member and administrator of EIDAS (Hellenic Institute & Systemic Constellation Association).

Together with Nikos, are the publishers of “Life Alphabet Editions”, being responsible for the proofing and editing functions of the publications. She is also the author of the best-selling book Tastes of Love in the Caldera of Time, 2011, about the gastronomy of her motherland, the Island of Santorini.

Comprehending and experiencing The Knowing Field

We want to offer a round table discussion around “The Knowing Field” in Bert’s Family and Systemic Constellations, as an intangible space where systemic dynamics manifest themselves to heal entanglements and relationships. We will present our understanding of the Field from different scientific, psychological, spiritual and shamanic points of view. We plan to open discussion about the essential elements needed to activate a Knowing Field in a constellation, and how its interpretation, by the seeker, the facilitator, the representatives and other participants, affects it.

We will invite some experienced facilitators to contribute and open the discussion for participants to express their points of view and concerns.

Introduction to Nature Constellations

 

This workshop will explore the scope of applications of systemic constellations to nature and environment. Meeting the consciousness of the natural world through representational perception participants will expand the resources they may offer clients through Nature Constellations. We will explore two aspects of nature constellation: giving voice to the natural environment and experiencing how the interplay of issues in natural systems can be examined for the purpose of understanding and reaching possible solutions.

Short Bio.

Francesca Mason Boring is a bi-cultural author, international facilitator and trainer of Systems Constellation.
A Western Shoshone, (an indigenous tribe in the United States), and member of the Sho-Pai Tribes, Francesca has authored several books including: The Nature Constellation Handbook: An invitation to connection and Connecting to Our Ancestral Past; Healing through Family Constellation, Ceremony & Ritual.
In addition to being an advocate for the growth of family systems constellation, Francesca has contributed to the development of nature constellations, community constellations, and the incorporation of ritual and ceremony in the field of systems constellation. Francesca has included the concept of the Universal Indigenous Field when teaching and speaking about the knowing field and the phenomenological approach in constellation work.
Francesca has presented at numerous conferences and has served as faculty for Intensives for Systemic Constellations in the United States, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, Bali, Portugal and Germany and has collaborated with Resources for Embodied and Ancestral Learning (REAL Academy) to provide video content for systemic practitioners.

Workshop: We will explore the memories of continuous trauma in bodies to visualize their existence, duration, and permanence. The body is a silent witness, recording unspoken words. These come from the memories of injustices and gender-based violence that span generations.

She is the rector of the IET (Spanish Institute of Education), where more than two thousand professionals have been trained and has agreements with private universities to offer its master’s programs. She is co-author with Bert Hellinger and the author of several books. She developed her own models such as Transgenerational Constellations and Systemic Mediation. Her academic work focuses on contexts of violence, migration, and social justice, and she has worked with at-risk populations. She is an international speaker.
