Reclamation of Remembering: Restoration of Stories, Connection, and Belonging within our Collective Cultures.
Stories within constellation help us remember how to remember and then they help us create a map of what that remembering can become and where it comes from.
What happens to descendants that speak with a voice that doesn’t hold the words, stories, myths, and culture of their ancestors? When the very language, beliefs, traditions of the culture of the previous generations have been colonised and rendered voiceless?
Generations upon generations of people have been denied their existence through the silencing of story, myth, folklore and culture.
Decolonisation and disentanglement of this loss involves returning to the energetic archives of our lineages, the memories held in the land and waters, sometimes beyond language, to reclaim our nature, our knowing, our humanity and our stories.
Over the last decade we have, in many ways, experienced an enforced removal of ‘what was’ in terms of our collective ‘normal’ and we are presently living in the liminality of the space that exists in the before/after of multiple collective trauma points.
Telling our stories, sharing and witnessing the stories of others, listening to older stories from ‘before’ is a powerful way of beginning to heal that and separating put the threads, not just for ourselves but for those that will follow in our footsteps.
Format: Presentation of theory of collective constellation and entangled memory through myth & story. Constellation with stories held in the land and waters in small groups.

Chris Wood is a passionate social justice activist, astronomer who continues to push the boundaries of physics and spirituality for healing individual and collective trauma for the highest good of all beings, past, present and future. In recent years her focus has been exploring the use of sacred crystal bowls as a tool for healing.
Chris will be playing her crystal singing bowls during the constellation. Together with Nicola they have found the addition of the bowls to the moving constellation field creates a movement beyond language, that is transformational for remembering and shifting the deep entanglements that there are often no words for.
